How I ask or how designers give me discounts. (in width)
If the site is full width or the main content container is more than 1366px, then:
1920px - Desktop
1366px - Laptop
768px - Tablet
640px - Smartphone
There is also 1024px Tablet in landscape mode, if the designer's imagination decided that there should be differences in landscape or landscape mode.
About a smartphone: now 320px is not a standard, but rather a rarity, the smallest screen, I always ask for 640px because I use it because it scales content better on smaller screens, and the layout designer himself in Photoshop can reduce it if he needs to 320px etc. <meta name="viewport" content="width=640px">
