1. I don't draw adaptive. I already figure out what and where to put it, but for most of my clients it’s difficult to approve even the desktop
2. Built-in sizes of artboards in the sketch.
3. I do not use a fixed size of the container for specific resolutions in bootstrap, I always pull it to full width if the resolution is less than the maximum line width, but the dimensions can be seen as reference for the design layout https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/layout /overview/...
