Under what license is the code on github available if the license is not specified explicitly?

If the project is published without a license, then by default all rights to the code remain the property of the author (All rights reserved). An attempt to integrate such code into third-party projects may negatively affect their license purity and subsequently lead to possible legal claims.

If you don't specify a license, "No license" is attached by default.
There can be problems and ambiguity with clients, as they won't know if your work can be used commercially. In other words, if you do not specify a license, you risk being left without a community and without clients.
