undefined virtual hosts in apache

Please tell me how to make sure that all requests for domains under which virtualhost is not configured go to a specifically configured virtualhost?

You can also create <VirtualHost _default_:80>.

Thank you all for your help! Also, apparently, you need to specify an ip address in ServerName so that Apache does not try to resolve the host name by ip.
