Unable to verify digital signature of Rdp file?

In the session collections, I updated the certificate (self-signed) for the intermediary to the remote desktop.
When downloading a new rdp shortcut from RDWEB, it connects without problems, but all client PCs are not in the domain, and policies do not distribute the new shortcut / add a fingerprint to the trusted ones
. How to do it so as not to send manually yuzveryam new labels on all stations / or they had to download them from the web?
all client PCs are NOT IN THE DOMAIN, the certificate authority is not used if this plays a role

Buy a normal certificate and install in the collection
