Unable to update php in Bitrix environment?

Good day to all! Bitrix in the admin panel began to swear that it was necessary to update the PHP version to 7.4. But in the environment menu, in the Upgrade PHP and MySQL item, there is no item offering to upgrade the PHP version. Only a suggestion to return to the previous menu:

I tried to update the packages on the host (Update packages on host), although everything ended successfully, it did not help. Unless from the menu on the screen above, the item offering to roll back to PHP 7.1 (it used to be) disappeared. If now I try to go to the package update menu and enter the IP address, I get a message stating that such an IP address was not found, although before that the updates were fine on it:

Please tell me how to update PHP?!??

@JastaFly

There, you first need to update the version of Bitrix-Env to beta.

If I understand correctly, the PHP version needs to be updated step by step. In my case, the server had version 7.2, first it upgraded to 7.3 and then to 7.4
