"Unable to process sitemap file" in Google Search Console - how to solve this problem?

Good day.
A site that fails to process sitemap - https://mk.co.ua/.
I tried to solve this problem in the following ways:
1) generated sitemap.xml through the standard Google Sitemap module in Opencart - does not help
2) generated sitemap.xml on an online resource - uploaded a file to ftp - does not help
3) generated sitemap.html on the same resource - Does not help.
Is this some kind of ban from Google or what? How can it not skip the sitemap.xml file? At the same time, no such problems were noticed before on other similar sites :(
And this has been observed for the 2nd week.

Google has a problem with processing maps since March, for some zones, for example, the Russian Federation, maybe yours. If you add a map, and the web server log does not record a visit to the site to read the map, then this is just a case of Google's problem. You will not do anything until they fix this error.
Of course, you must have firewalls and other filters disabled that can have the same effect.

Since your domain is a drop, judging by the web archive , this is the main reason why the map is not being read. Google has protections.

What's going on, I've been in the same situation for over a year now.
I wrote on the Google forums, they say that I have a problem. But the problem is on my sites, only in the .TOP zone
My sitemaps on sites:
https://5answer.top/sitemap_index.xml
https://otvety.top/sitemap_index.xml
https://5answer.top/sitemap_index.xml
Really the problem may be due to the fact that the sites are created in a specific domain zone? Please, those who solved this issue, unsubscribe.
