Unable to open X monitor on one thin client

I got a job in an office, in one of the offices on a server with Windows Server 2003 r2 10 thin clients hang. (It wasn't me who installed and configured them.)
The previous administrator installed them following this article: 1:0. Only one. No changes were made. What could be the problem?
