Unable to launch wordpress. What to do?

Guys, I can't start the domain. I will describe everything step by step.
1) I start Open server

2) I create a folder in the domains folder and enter the name "timber.loc"

3) I create a folder "www" in this folder

4) I put wordpress there

5) I create a phpMyAdmin database

6) I RESTART OPEN SERVER
7) I go to "My projects" and open

8) Writes that I can not access the site

What should I do?

in 1 you have an extra www folder, the files must be in the root

127.0.0.1 timblers.loc
to hosts
or just
127.0.0.0

Do not do step 3. everything will work out
or go to install at timber.loc/www
