Error when switching platform to Android: C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2019.2.0f1\Editor\Data\Resources\PackageManager\BuiltInPackages\com.unity.ugui\Runtime\EventSystem\InputModules\BaseInput.cs( 19.24): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'IMECompositionMode' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?). At the same time, with other platforms everything is fine.

is it ok for others?
and what are the others? ios? PC?
is the project old? How long ago did you move to 2019.2?
looks like the com.unity.ugui package - the old one is in use, or it doesn't work correctly in the new version.
try it on a clean project. and compare versions of packages being pulled.
Another option is to delete and import them again. maybe there is some kind of crap with the updater, this has already happened)
