UMI encrypted the files on the site. How to decipher from?

Hello.
The hosting stopped supporting PHP 5.2 with the "Zend optimizer" plugin, which caused the site to stop working. After checking the files, it turned out that they are all encrypted. I wanted to transfer the site to another hosting with PHP 5.2 support and Zend and restore the files, but the files are still encrypted. If someone faced the same problem, please help.

As far as I remember, UMI is not Open Source. That's the way it should be.
