UkrYama is looking for a Yii specialist
Friends, the UkrYama project (just in case, for those who have not heard about the project - a note on dirty and a post on Habré ) really needs a Yii specialist.
We are a public organization that is built on enthusiasm, and, as such, has no money (not counting the pennies from a small advertising block). There are altruists in the team who like what they do, but there is simply no knowledge in programming.
The fact is that at the moment our colleagues from RosYama” (and we use their development) switched from Bitrix to Yii. The Russian version is fully working and functional, but it is not particularly suitable for the Ukrainian version. For example, it is necessary to make the site multilingual (Russian and Ukrainian languages), the programming itself, and the translation itself. Still adjust the system of directories of the traffic police, and so, on the little things. Now it is these two nuances that prevent us from switching from Bitrix to Yii, which in general slows down the increase in efficiency with the struggle for normal roads.
In return, there is nothing special to offer, but occasionally there are different goodies in the form of some kind of invite, link (or, say, a bottle of wine from the Crimea).
We invite everyone to make a contribution to the direct development of "UkrYama" and, as a result, to improve the condition of Ukrainian roads.

It would be great if all this was done in the form of a fork of RosYama on GitHub with the return of the corresponding improvements in the form of pull requests.
We will develop to Russia for another 5 years. There is 0 sense from this project in the near future
In principle, I would not mind participating on a gratuitous basis. The only thing is:
1. yii experience is relatively small
2. free time is rather fragmented.
Friends, many thanks to all who responded!
There will be a fork on the git.
The test site will be ready in the evening.
For the convenience of communication of all those who responded, I propose to arrange chats in Skype. Approximately at 18:00 Kiev time.
Thanks to all who responded!
ps I confess right away that this is the first time I organize work at once n the number of developers, so, in advance, I apologize for any sides)
