1. how they are friends with paypal
2. how they are friends with the samsung app store
3. what nuances can be ? (in the spirit of visa vs mastercard && electron vs classic, etc.) What type is needed for paypal

Russian Alfabank has a special card for paying online - a virtual MasterCard (not to be confused with one-time virtual cards that you can generate yourself in Alfa-click).
This card is issued, like a regular one, for two years, it has a very high passability (for 4 years there has not been a single case that someone did not accept it). PayPal accepts it without any problems. I make all online payments only from her. A big plus is that it can be replenished at any time from the main account through Alfa-Click. I usually have 20-30 bucks on it, no more. When it is necessary to make a payment, I use Alfa-Click to put on it how much I need and pay. The payment process itself takes a little longer, but then I drown out my paranoia - even if the card data leaks to the side, then this will not cause me any special problems.
Find out if there is such a card in the Ukrainian Alfabank, and if there is, then I advise you to get two cards at once - the main Classic and a virtual one for online payments.

I connected to paypal and google checkout without any problems.
Never had a problem with paying by card.
I did not intersect with the Samsung app store.
