UE4 Blueprint, is it possible to learn how to make games and look for a job?

Good morning everyone. I am a complete newbie in this area. I would like to ask more experienced igrodelov/programmers if it is possible to make full-fledged offline/online games in UE4 without resorting directly to C ++ coding after studying Blueprint from A to Z?
Is it also possible, knowing only Blueprint, to look for a job? Or all the same without With ++ not to do not where?

And you try to make at least one game - it will immediately become clear.

UE4 Blueprint, now I can fry eggs and cook dumplings, can I go to work as a cook in a cool restaurant? =D
Blueprint is only suitable for prototyping the game on the knee for a couple of evenings.
You can hardly learn C++ in less than a couple of years with frequent practice.
Better rely on simpler engines, for example, and learn js or c # in it, the input threshold is lower and learning them is much easier.
