Ubuntu won't work without flash drive?

Please help!
I downloaded it from the ubuntu site -> I made a bootable USB flash drive -> When you turn it on, a boot file appears on the desktop

.
Here are the screenshots:

It seems to me that the problem is with the sections, something I'm doing wrong (although I set them up manually about the tutorials). as if installing it on a flash drive.

Something is not entirely clear.
You are booting from a flash drive.
Try setting the BIOS to boot from the HDD.

What disk did you install the bootloader (GRUB) on? It is quite possible on a USB flash drive, or they did not put it at all. This is the reason. Boot from a flash drive and try these instructions
