Ubuntu won't start?

When logging in, a password is requested, I enter it correctly, but it says it’s not possible to start a session, I didn’t know what to do, I reinstalled it completely, the next day the same problem. Tried deleting .Xauthority .ICE authority files, didn't help, who faced this problem? Ubuntu 16.04LTS
