Ubuntu. Why does the Internet not work if I connected a second time in a session?

I have Ubuntu installed and have a beeline modem (but a sim card) and the Internet only works once per session. If you disconnect, you need to restart the laptop and reconnect. What could be the problem, before everything was normal.
