Ubuntu stopped seeing external drive, how to solve?

Good afternoon.
Recently I bought an external drive for 500gb hdd.
Formatted to ext4.
I recorded a couple of courses and for two weeks I got access to the courses without any problems.
Same system at home.
Now the computer does not see the disk.
Connected nearby on venda, and too does not see.

What could be the problem?

Take the disc under warranty back to where you got it.
