Ubuntu server 14.04 slow internet?
Hello! At home, I set up a weak machine as a server in order to fill bumps on the home version, break something and try to restore it. Although, frankly, there are problems with understanding how networks work, I fill this gap with the help of Tanenbaum and his computer networks. But now I have raised samba at home as a file server, dhcp. But a few days ago, the Internet began to be very stupid, right to the point of impossibility. I changed the provider's dns to Google's 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4, but it didn't help. I also disabled ipv6 and still no result. Of course, you can reinstall, but I would like to do without such drastic measures, so I ask for tips on where to look and what to pay attention to? Thank you!

"Slow Internet", "the Internet has become very stupid, right to the point of impossibility" - these are emotions.
Where are the numbers?
Install network monitoring programs:

And see what's wrong there.
