Ubuntu OS won't boot, what should I do?

After a sharp power outage, the laptop went out, after that, when turned on, the OS (ubuntu) is not loaded. Gets to "Starting Authorization Manager...ot for GRUB.ocally." or "Started Modem Manager.Manager....Status....locally.ed before the ppp link was shut down...." and that's it. What can be done? Help, please, an armless girl!

Reinstall. Did you by any chance update during this?
You need to open the console: Ctrl+Alt+F2 . First, try apt -f installand reboot, and then try to update:apt update && apt upgrade
