Ubuntu bunch of mysqld processes --daemonize /. Where?

Lots of processes hanging

/usr/sbin/mysqld --daemonize --pid-file=/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid

What could be causing this? Could it be because some mysqli didn't close the connection in the php script? Is it possible to somehow find from which script the legs grow?

This is thread. Each connection is a separate thread. There are also threads that write logs and so on.
In general, this is normal.
