Ubuntu breaks connection with dsl.

I have Win7 and Ubuntu 10.04 on my machine. I decided to set up an Internet (finally!) under Linux. Because I don’t know much about Linux, I found out what is configured using pppoeconf. Everything turned out to be quite simple, but: after some time, the connection is lost, though it auto-connects again, but online videos or large files from rapidshare, for example, cannot be downloaded ... Knowledgeable people tell me what's wrong? Provider DOM.RU if it means something. (Omsk).

I have dom.ru under ubunta running, maybe temporary problems? Have you tried calling support?
