Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS freezes, what can I do?

Hello everyone, I recently installed Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS completely freezes during operation (so far I have only noticed it while using the google chrome browser, although it seems to me it would be similar without it)

Most likely firewood... Have you
gone (in the Terminal) in software-properties-gtk to the Additional Drivers tab or in its GUI Programs and Updates and looked if there are any suggestions for installing drivers for anything from the system?

This problem with Linux freezing during YouTube videos was solved for me after increasing the swap file - the Swap value should be no less than the actual amount of RAM! Hanging up during sleep mode has also disappeared! All other methods, up to completely disabling the discrete Nvidia video card, did not help! And the SWAP settings helped!
