Ubuntu 17.04 + Nginx + PHP-fpm configs working?

Lubuntu 17.04 Nginx + php-fpm (7.0). Configs work crookedly.

/etc/nginx/sites-available/default
server {
    listen 80 default_server;
    listen [::]:80 default_server;

    root /var/www;
    index index.php index.html index.htm index.nginx-debian.html;

    location  /firuz {

       allow 192.168.50.0/24;

    }

    location  /appeal {

  allow 192.168.50.0/24;
    }

    location ~ \.php$ {
        include snippets/fastcgi-php.conf;
        fastcgi_pass unix:/run/php/php7.0-fpm.sock;
    }

    location ~ /\.ht {
        deny all;
    }
}
nginx.conf default
user www-data;
worker_processes auto;
pid /run/nginx.pid;
include /etc/nginx/modules-enabled/*.conf;

events {
  worker_connections 768;
  # multi_accept on;
}

There are two IPs 192.168.50.50 and 192.168.150.100. When you enter the first address, the files are brazenly downloaded.
for example
192.168.50.50 - index.php script is downloaded
192.168.150.100 - everything works
192.168.50.50/index.php works
where to dig?
I also noticed that the redirect from the previous config works, which was replaced by this one. something is wrong.

@Astrohas

Try to go incognito in the browser and conduct your test on the new

192.168.50.50 - index.php script is downloading
192.168.150.100 - everything works
192.168.50.50/index.php works

One gets the impression that you are using Google Chrome, it caches and remembers too well. If the situation does not change or changes, but problems remain, ask with a description of the new input data. I'll give you a hint.
