Ubuntu 14.04 lts running only one app as user?

Good day, it is required to make it so that only one application is launched from under the user and, apart from it, the user cannot access other resources. Example: A user enters the system and only 1C starts up. it should not have access to other resources.

Only one? And DE is an application? Appendix.
In general, what you want is a slightly unusual version of Kiosk Mode.
