Ubuntu 11.04 update -> On 11.10, did qgit open directories instead of Nautilusa?

Hey!
Updated my Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10. On 11.04, qgit was installed - a great utility for working with git repositories. Only one minus began to climb out. when you try to open a folder or drive from dash, it starts... qgit! instead of nautilus. here's what
I found on the internet (though it didn't help)
sourceforge.net/projects/qgit/forums/forum/469450/...
bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=641745
found in my system:

[email protected]:/usr/share/applications$ grep -rni 'qgit' .
./bamf.index:141:qgit.desktop qgit
./qgit.desktop:2:Name=qgit
./qgit.desktop:4:Exec=qgit
./qgit.desktop:5:Icon=qgit
./mimeinfo.cache:335:inode/directory=qgit.desktop;nautilus.desktop;
And it should be like this in the last line:
./mimeinfo.cache:335:inode/directory=nautilus.desktop;qgit.desktop;
So far, there is only one solution: remove qgit (which I did). But I need qgit! If you correct the file manually, then at the slightest update / installation of new software, it will overwrite it again, in the wrong order.
Tell me, please, what could be the problem?

@andyceo

Is it possible, as before, to specify in the folder properties to open through Nautilus?
