Installed, put all the updates. Now, every time the disks are booted, they are checked for errors. Tolerable, but annoying in any way. What could be the problem and, most importantly, how to fix it?

Hmm... Freshly released updates fixed the problem along the way. If it starts repeating again, I'll post the logs.
