I bought two UBNT M5 points for myself, I'm trying to set it up in bridge mode

2 Station

As soon as they connect, the network and the Internet immediately disappear for everyone

Are both points connected to the same network? Well then, now you know what a network ring and a storm are.

1 point - to the main network
The second point - in another place, in a separate laptop / PC with a cord.
Then you set up a bridge between them...
And you plug the cord from the PC of the second point where you need it...
Do you need to make a bridge between the main "building" and some remote one?
