TWRP flies after clearing Data. What to do?

I have Xiaomi redmi 5 on MIUI global 11.0.2 with android version 8.1.0 OPM1.171019.026. When installing, TWRP asks for a password. According to the advice of many people, I clear the date, press reboot> recovery. And it is not the recovery that reboots, but the system. When I try to turn on the recovery, the stock one opens. On a password-protected twrp, I'm afraid to erase the entire system and switch to custom firmware. Maybe in vain?
Recovery tried to install many times, from different sources and always asks for a password.
For other recovery, after clearing the date and restarting it, it opens.
Installed TWRP versions 3.2.1-0, 3.3.1-0. In other attempts, I do not know the versions.
No password, graphic key, fingerprint is not worth it.
