Two sets of glyphs for a font, how to separate?

There is a font called Mrs White , it has two types of glyphs for capital letters, at the moment they work like this: when several capital letters are in a row, a special type of glyphs is rendered, otherwise normal. For layout, this is, of course, horror. As I understand it, when drawing up the layout, the designer had two fonts, the second one was called Mrs White Normal and consisted only of "normal" glyphs, but I can't find it separately on the Internet. Unfortunately, now the designer is on vacation and there is no contact with him.
Is it possible to somehow split this font into two sets of glyphs? those. get only the right glyphs from Mrs White? What programs generally use for this?

Throw it in the Hi-Logic Font Creator, add or remove everything that you need or interfere with and rejoice)

In general, I found some old-school program called FontForge, and using it manually created a new font with the necessary glyphs. If someone knows more convenient software - you are welcome, share.
