Two network and two Internet?

Hello.
There is one computer with two network interface cards. Network 1 - a wire from a provider with a net. Network 2 - through a router (repeater).
Network 1 - properties:
TCP / Ipv4 - all by default.
Network 2 - properties:
TCP/Ipv4 - configured manually (IP address + Mask + Default gateway + DNS server).
Network 1 - TCP/Ipv4 properties - optional:
Automatic metric assignment (interface metric) - checkbox
Network 2 - TCP/Ipv4 properties - optional: Default
gateways: metric 2
Automatic metric assignment (interface metric) - 2
Purpose:
To do so, so that if the Internet on Network 1 falls off, then the Internet from Network 2
automatically clings. With the current settings, the Internet does not automatically cling.
Question:
How to make the Internet clung to the machine automatically?

1. Clearly define the term internet gone.
2. In the simplest case, two default routes with different metrics are sufficient.
3. If the recommendation from the second paragraph does not help, you need to write a script that runs on a schedule or event that will check what you described in paragraph 1. and change the default route.
