Two ip addresses on the same domain name?

There is a problem, we have a domain name registered, with a link to two different ip on the masterhost.
At the moment, everything works according to the round robin DNS scheme and, in
fact, when accessing the domain, one of our ip addresses is randomly issued.

Tell me which hosting can provide a priority choice of ip for our situation?
So that one address is a priority, and the second is connected only when the main one is unavailable
