Turn off the light via Bluetooth

I want to turn on / off the light via Bluetooth from an Android phone.
What controller is needed for this?
Maybe there are ready-made solutions?

Traditionally, smart home systems use ZigBee, X.10 protocols, and bluetooth is somehow not held in high esteem, so there are very few ready-made industrial solutions.
For example, there are such controllers: ilumen.ru/products.html (model 6C200W BT + IR). True, they are for LED lighting, but no one bothers to put a relay and switch 220 V.
From the "not quite ready" solutions: BM9324 + BM9300 + BM9318 master kit modules , but you will have to program them yourself.
Yes, software for android, most likely, will also have to be written by yourself.
