How to get information about android elements through desktop application (windows from/WPF)?

I need to get information about the elements of an android application (text, id, etc.) on my desktop application (windows from / WPF) and perform some actions with this information.
I know there is a UIAutomatorviewer, but it only allows you to view information about an element
