Trusted_domains not applied in Nextcloud?

Deployed Nextcloud in ESX(i), trusted_domain is not applied in the settings
At the same time, the current config, which I did not climb into, differs in syntax from the config from the manual with
config.php samples - it does not work in this form, I tried to add 192.168.0.0/16 - also unsuccessful
