TrueCrypt. Is there a way to encrypt and only use the windows user profile?

As you know, if you move the Windows user profile to a separate disk and encrypt this disk using TrueCrypt, then when Windows boots up, it will be impossible to enter this profile, since the password request to mount the partition occurs after entering the profile.
Is there a way to mount the partition on which the Windows user profile is located at the stage before entering the same profile (do not offer options for mounting a profile from another profile)?
The purpose of this task is to ensure that all files opened by the user, as well as all temporary files, cache, etc. were permanently in an encrypted partition, but the partition with the operating system was not encrypted (which should improve the performance of the disk system).

But to increase the level of security, it is better to encrypt absolutely everything. The reason for this is that you do not follow absolutely everything. For example; did not place the swap file in the container; injected a backdoor into a file from autorun, etc.
