TrueConf as a replacement for Skype?

There are 8 employees, you need to install a video conferencing system, at the moment Skype was used, but in the light of recent events, I want to replace it with TrueConf Server (it is free for up to 10 people) + Client, I need advice on this matter, do I need a powerful piece of hardware for it or is it enough for put a normal PC (the server itself) with 2GB of RAM?

We need an external IP and port forwarding for webRTC
In theory, especially powerful hardware is unnecessary, but I think it utilizes 2 cores and 2 GB of opera.
But why not look at completely open-source things?
