Trouble waking up from sleep mode?

I have a ThinkPad E14 Gen2.
There is an issue on linux that this laptop has a problem going to sleep. Found a solution: sudo crontab -e
and added @reboot line sudo rtcwake -m mem -s with that everything is ok.
The problem is that when the laptop wakes up, it kind of freezes.
Switching to console Ctrl + Alt + F1 etc - doesn't work; The screen is black; No buttons work, only shutdowns, you have to restart the laptop.
Who knows how to solve?

Known issue, I've had the same issue.
There is no solution. The problem is the absolutely poor support of ACPI standards by Linux in general and on desktops with laptops in particular.
I'm serious. On some distributions this is better, on some it is worse, somewhere with other hardware this almost never occurs, somewhere it happens all the time.

In principle, it is worth searching the forums for a solution to this problem or picking AMSL for this model, the occupation is so-so
