Trouble running on command line?
If you start the program with a double click, it starts. But, if you try to run it on the command line, then errors appear:
C:\Users\pthon\YandexDisk\Java\out\artifacts\Java_jar>java -jar Java.jar
Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again

You are using Java 8 on the command line, but you compiled the program with Java 12. Either run with Java 12 as well, or specify the -target 8 option when compiling .
