Trouble reinstalling windows 10

I reinstall to 10 using a USB flash drive, in the BIOS I choose everything correctly.
At startup, the windows logo appears, and everything goes no further.
RAM 2.70, install win10-32bit, then tried to install ubuntu the same.
what's the matter?
