Trouble opening folders in thunderbird. Full path length exceeded. Who faced? How did you decide?

Greetings!
Colleagues, faced a problem in thunderbird. When opening some folders or boxes, it gives the message "Could not open index file for 'folder name'. A disk error may have occurred or the full path exceeds the allowed length."
