Trouble installing rtl8821-ce driver in ARCH?

The linux-zen kernel, headers are installed I install
according to this instruction: https://russianfedora.github.io/FAQ/hardware.html#... for dkms
Standard realtek rtw88 blocked because of it the system crashes
At the install stage, an error, what to do ?

Resolved the issue)
It turns out that I did not have the bc package, but it seems to me that it should be installed with base-devel.
I also had to install kbd myself for cyr-sun16, although everyone had it preinstalled in the guides
