Trouble installing proxylocal?

Hello.
To install proxylocal I entered - gem install proxylocal
After that I got these errors -

Building native extensions.  This could take a while...
ERROR:  Error installing proxylocal:
        ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

    /usr/bin/ruby extconf.rb
mkmf.rb can't find header files for ruby at /usr/share/include/ruby.h


Gem files will remain installed in /usr/share/ruby/gems/gems/eventmachine-1.0.8 for inspection.
Results logged to /usr/share/ruby/gems/gems/eventmachine-1.0.8/ext/gem_make.out

Linux Mageia. Ruby installed.
How to fix the error?
