I need to deploy a Python script that runs from time to time on Heroku

I hit the Defining tasks item almost immediately. An example is given for Ruby only.
What would bin/clean-sessions look like for Python given that no database is used?
And where is this bin/clean-sessions stored? in a virtual environment?
