Trouble installing Deepin?

I'm trying to install deepin os, but after I chose "deepin ... install" I see this. What went wrong and how can I fix it?

Recorded using Etcher to a flash drive

Google says to put the flash drive in the black USB 2.0 socket instead of the blue 3.0 socket, and if there is no USB 2.0, then set 3.0 as 2.0 in the BIOS.
