Trouble accessing the site via cloudflare?

There is such a problem. We transferred domains from one account to another in cloudflare

Now, after the transfer, there was a problem. Not everyone has a site available, someone takes a long time to load, someone has no images or an error Error 522 Connection timed out

One person's scripts don't work at all. The solution to the problem for him
is to enable the option in the

Development Mode cache tab
Temporarily bypass our cache allowing you to see changes to your origin server in realtime.

Note: Enabling this feature can significantly increase origin server load. Development mode does not purge the cache so files will need to be purged after development mode expires.

This setting was last changed a few seconds ago

It turns out I turn off the cache on the cloud side, and the scripts all work for a person. But then the site starts to naturally work more slowly.

We also have a very common error - 522 Timeout. Moreover, the study showed that hosting does not affect this error - they checked with different providers on different sites. It's something on the side of CloudFlare.
