Trojan on MacBook?
Recently sat at a party, used home Wi-Fi. I practically didn’t go anywhere, except for VKontakte (moreover, through https, in the settings there is a mark “Always use a secure connection”).
Then I accidentally noticed that one bad person (who can also use this Wi-Fi) was able to access my VK profile. Usually I would think that I just stole a cookie over Wi-Fi, nothing unusual, and it’s my own fault that I was sitting without protection. But there was protection! How did they steal my password then?
I completed all the sessions, changed the password, it seems that no one else went to the profile. But how did this even happen? What could be done with the macbook?
And one more thing - another person had access to my macbook for several minutes, but this was a few days before my access to my VKontakte account was stolen. Yes, and after himself, he just left tabs with sites optimized for retina (I wanted to see how they look).
What can be done to protect yourself? How to check MacBook? Have I been infected?
Plus, I also noticed that after this incident, the macbook began to slow down. Moreover, the poppy itself began to think more often, plus the Internet began to slow down more often (as if someone had connected and was watching what was on the screen).
I've read articles, now I'm paranoid that that bad person is now sitting and seeing what's on my monitor. It's even worse if he secretly watches what I'm doing on the webcam. In general, I beg you to help me figure it out and be safe, otherwise I feel somehow uncomfortable.

Maybe even look at everyone if the thread is proxies somewhere (litter with MacOS had no business)
FaceNiff and analogues.
As far as I remember, the type of traffic is not important, it just pretends to be you.
