Chrome UrlMalware.store what kind of beast?

In the resource monitor, I found a strange UrlMalware.store file, which read and wrote to the disk more actively than all other processes. The file is located at: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Safe Browsing\UrlMalware.store
VirusTotal does not see the threat, but what was this process doing if chrome was not even running?! And he was gone within minutes...
