Tricks of the artist in Photoshop?
Hello. Not long ago I heard that artists draw in Photoshop in an unusual way.
Namely, on top of the photo, let's say an airplane - they apply strokes and bring the work to the stylization that the client wants. How true is this - are many artists so cunning?

This is not a trick - this is one of the drawing styles. This also requires equipment and definitely a high level of skill.
Some draw on top of the image, some take a reference as a basis - put a photo next to it, some draw "from the head".
Matte Painting is basically the only way to create it - a collage is assembled from many photos, and then brought to a common style.
