Treatment of notifications on Android?

On the smartphone Honor 30i from Huawei some kind of game is going on. That application Just Dance Nowdoes not work, then it turns out that they have already written a message to me 100 times, and I don’t even know. There will be a question about the first, and the second one needs to be dealt with.
Notifications do not reach my smartphone. And if notifications from YouTube do come through once, then notifications to Discord do not come at all. Also, I can't receive a call to Discord if the app itself isn't on the screen. Zoom and Skype did not check, but most likely the same situation.
How to make notifications and incoming calls to Discord come to the Honor 30i smartphone?

Honor smartphones have very strict power saving settings that kill all background processes, including notifications. After a while, the system should understand that this application does not need to be nailed and notifications will begin to come.
Also, somewhere in the settings of either applications, or energy saving, it is possible to specify that specific applications should run in the background.

Settings\Battery\Application launch - for all problematic applications, turn on manual mode and turn on all the sliders in it: autostart, work in the background, indirect launch.
Next, go back to Settings \ Apps and notifications \ Applications, then at the bottom the Settings gear \ Special access \ Ignore battery optimization and give the right to problematic applications to ignore optimization.
After that, reboot and basically the problem should go away.
